HIV Program 
HIV Early Intervention Program
Funded by the Texas Department of State Health Services, this program employs multicultural case managers who are either LCDC or CI to provide services to:
• persons at risk of being HIV infected as a result of practicing a substance abuse lifestyle
• already infected persons identified as having a problem with substance abuse
• significant others and/or family members of those described above
