The Multicultural Family Violence Program and Services for Victims of Trafficking Program both provide intensive culturally competent case management services.

Mosaic multilingual victim services case managers work one on one with survivors to connect them to all of the services needed to recover from trauma and begin self sufficient lives.
Case managers begin by conducting an in-depth intake and needs assessment, identifying all of the client’s needs and barriers in order to create a personalized service plan. Case managers also develop a safety plan with each client, helping them identify concrete ways to stay safe.

Case managers educate clients about their options and help them access available resources including counseling, legal services,medical care, food, clothing, employment, education, children’s services, housing, and transportation. They transport and accompany clients on many appointments rather than just referring them for services, functioning as an advocate and interpreter.
Case managers provide additional assistance for victims of human trafficking in navigating the complex justice system and in interactions with federal and local law enforcement.
